Reed was an underground copper mine in Canada, approximately 80km by paved highway southwest of the town of Snow Lake, Manitoba. The main mining method was long-hole open stoping with unconsolidated waste as backfill. The ore was trucked 120km to HudBay's Flin Flon Concentrator, where a copper concentrate with silver and gold credits was produced. The mine closed in October 2018.
