Report summary
Shagang (BOF) plant is located in Zhangjiagang city, in eastern China's Jiangsu province. The plant is an integrated steel plant with an ironmaking capacity of 18.8 Mtpa. The BOF plant has a crude steel capacity of 17.3 Mtpa. An additional 6 Mtpa of EAF crude steel capacity is onsite (refer to Shagang (EAF) profile), making the Shagang plant the largest steel plant in Shagang Group.
