Report summary
In April 2021, Brockman announced that Mineral Resources had satisfied obligations required to establish a JV with them to earn a 50% Farm-In Interest in both the Marillana and Ophthalmia projects. Together, these projects form the basis of the South West Creek Hub. MRL intends to establish the JV and immediately commence initial development works at the mine sites. After a long wait for allocation, MRL and Hancock have jointly been awarded a berth at Port Hedland, where they are currently conducting feasibility studies to develop the port.
