Tongling Ausmelt copper smelter is the relocation project of the former Tongling Jinchang smelter. It is located adjacent to Tongling's "Double Flash" project in Tongling city, Anhui province, with a total investment of ￥3.3 billion. the designed production capacity is 200 ktpa cathode copper and 763 ktpa sulfuric acid. The relocation project was started in March 2016 and was commissioned in March 2018. the Ausmelt furnace was put into operation in May and the production ramped up in the next months.</div>
