The Valentine Lake project is located in the Central Region of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. The property is accessed by an 84 km gravel road from the town of Millertown, which can be accessed by the Trans-Canada Highway and the Buchans Highway. A mineral resource is established for four mining zones, including the Marathon deposit, the Leprechaun deposit, the Victory deposit and the Sprite deposit. The Feasibility Study dated April 2021 incorporates only open pit mining techniques, with further drilling needed in order to determine if the deposits are amenable to underground mining. Based on initial findings, only production from the Marathon and Leprechaun have been included in the mine plan.
