Report summary
Wenfeng was commissioned in 2022 and has a 4.8 Mtpa designed capacity with four production lines, 1.2 Mtpa each. Its owner, Hebei Wenfeng Industry, is a steel producer. By the side of the Wenfeng steel mill, the refinery takes full advantage of the surplus blast furnace gas and low-temperature waste-heat steam from the steel plant to heat and dry in its alumina operation.
