IRA update: Winners and losers from domestic content guidance

This insight addresses the newly released domestic content eligibility guidance for the bonus adders as defined by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). The guidance clarifies how domestic content is calculated on a renewables facility, and has considerable ramifications on the ability of wind, solar and storage developers to achieve bonus PTC/ITC credits.
