This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
On June 2, 2014 the United States Environmental Protection Agency released its long-anticipated carbon regulation proposal for existing power plants. In this sensitivity, we examine North American gas, power, and coal market fundamentals in the absence of our Base Case carbon pricing assumption.
