ADNOC Onshore
Report summary
The ADNOC Onshore contract area covers Abu Dhabi's onshore and near-shore areas, and is the largest oil concession in the Middle East with foreign participants by production. It includes 12 producing fields, many of which are supergiant, plus a number of undeveloped fields. The fields are located predominantly onshore to the southeast of Abu Dhabi city and produce from Cretaceous carbonate reservoirs. Production started in 1963 and reached a record level in 2019 of around 1.8 million.
