The Amur Gas Processing Plant (GPP) is a major part of Gazprom's Eastern Gas Programme. It is set to become the largest integrated gas processing plant in Russia and a key hub for gas exports to China. The construction site is located 150 kilometres northeast of Blagoveshchensk, a city on the Russia-China border.The plant will cost around RUB690 billion and will consist of six units of 677 mmcfd each. The plant will also be able to produce ethane, helium and natural gas liquids (NGLs). ...
