Report summary
Blind Faith (MC 696) is an oil field in the eastern half of the Mississippi Canyon protraction area in the Central Gulf of Mexico, 31 kilometres (19 miles) northeast of BP's Thunder Horse field. The Chevron-operated project was sanctioned in October 2005 and the field has been developed via subsea wells tied-back to a purpose-built semi-submersible production facility.
