Block 15/06 is a deepwater block in the Lower Congo Basin around 150 kilometres offshore. Since its award in 2006, operator Eni (and since 2022 Azule Energy) has discovered 18 new fields. Ten of these fields are onstream. Block 15/06 has been divided into several producing hubs, specifically the West Hub (discussed in this report), the East Hub and the future Southeast (Kalimba) Hub.
