Report summary
Block 39 lies within Peru's Marañon basin and contains three oil fields: Buena Vista, Delfin, and Raya. Appraisal work commenced in 2008 with seismic data acquisition and the drilling of a second well at the Raya field. The block was originally expected to enter production in 2012 but, due to the need for further evaluation and a challenging economic environment, development has been delayed. There is no current development plan, and we catalogue the reserves as contingent. ...
