Report summaryBullwinkle (GC 65) is a large oil and gas field located in the Green Canyon protraction area of the Central Gulf of Mexico. Discovered in 1983, Bullwinkle was developed in the late 1980s by the world's tallest free-standing pile-supported steel platform.
