Canadian oil sands producers had another break-through quarter in Q1 2024, continuing higher production and operational performance within a subdued macroeconomic environment bringing about weaker crude oil and refined product realisations. Production ramp ups were driven by the impending linefill and startup of the TMX pipeline.
