Report summary
The Cleaver Bank High Project comprises the Carrack and smaller Cutter fields. The latter is tied back to Carrack. The Carrack field is tied back 70-kilometres to a riser platform, which is bridge-linked to the Shell-operated Clipper facilities. The development was completed in phases, with Carrack as the first phase, and Cutter in a subsequent phase.
