The Republic of Congo (also known as Congo-Brazzaville) is the third largest oil producer in Sub-Sahara Africa after Nigeria and Angola. Production mostly comes from the offshore. Recent projects like Total's Moho Nord which added 100,000 b/d, boosted production but are now declining.
