Report summary
Nam Phong was Thailand's largest onshore producing gas field until the start-up of Sinphuhorm in November 2006. Gas from the field is sold to PTT and transported via a pipeline to EGAT's power plant. Output from the field peaked for a brief period but could not be sustained.
