The Greater Laggan Area (GLA) comprises the Laggan, Tormore, Edradour, Glenlivet, Glendronach and Benriach fields. The fields lie in the West of Shetland basin, 30 to 40 kilometres from the Clair field.The deepwater Laggan field was discovered in 1986, but with no export route available, it remained undeveloped.
