This analysis provides details on all Iranian Offshore Oil Company (IOOC) operated fields located in the Persian Gulf, apart from the Doroud, Salman and Soroosh-Nowruz fields, which are covered in their own separate reports.IOOC is a subsidiary of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and is responsible for most offshore fields, apart from South Pars, North Pars, Golshan and Ferdowsi. These fields are under the operatorship of Pars Oil and Gas Company, another subsidiary of NIOC.
