The Khangiran Area Fields include five gas fields - Khangiran, Gonbadli, Tous, Attar and Afshar - located in the north-eastern Iranian province of Khorasan, near the border with Turkmenistan. The fields are located approximately 50-130 kilometres northeast of Mashhad, Iran's second-largest city.
