ConocoPhillips has sold its 30% stake in Naryanmarneftegaz, a joint venture with LUKOIL, for an undisclosed consideration. Following the deal, LUKOIL has consolidated 100% ownership of the JV. As of 2012, Naryanmarneftegaz operates 11 commercial fields and three technical fields in northern Timan-Pechora.
