Moho-Bilondo asset includes the two deepwater oil fields Moho-Bilondo and Moho Nord. Oil is present in two horizons: light crude in tertiary sandstone reservoirs and heavier crude in cretaceous carbonate formations.Moho-Bilondo was discovered in 1995 by Elf - now TotalEnergies. After government approval in 2005, it came on-stream in 2008. Development included the installation of the Alima floating production unit (FPU) to process the crude and a pipeline to the Djeno terminal for export. ...
