The Moho-Bilondo fields are on the deepwater Moho-Bilondo licence in Congo. In 1995, Elf - now TotalEnergies - discovered Mobi Nord, the first field on the block. Bilondo was discovered three years later. Oil is mainly present in two horizons: light crude in tertiary sandstone reservoirs and heavier crude in cretaceous carbonate formations.
