Neftegazholding (NNK), previously known as NNK-Aktiv, operates oil and gas fields across various Russian regions and in Kazakhstan. The company also owns the 1000,000 b/d Khabarovsk refinery in Russia's Far East.Neftegazholding was formed in 2010 but grew rapidly from 2013, after Eduard Khudainatov, Rosneft's former president, became head of the company.
