Neptune acquires Edison's North Sea assets from Energean for US$250 million

Neptune Energy has acquired Edison E&P's North Sea portfolio from Energean Oil & Gas for a consideration of up to US$280 million. The initial consideration is US$250 million, with a contingent payment of up to US$30 million dependent on milestones reached at Glengorm and Isabella. The portfolio contains non-operated development, producing and exploration assets across the NCS and UKCS. Key assets include the Norwegian Nova (15%) and Dvalin (10%) development fields, and the UK Glengorm discovery (25%).
