New UK HP/HT incentive announced
This report is currently unavailable
Report summary
The UK Government has announced it will introduce a new fiscal incentive targeting ultra HP/HT fields. The Culzean and Jackdaw clusters are expected to be the first to qualify for this. Both fields are expected to account for 12% of UK gas production in 2020. However, there are still considerable technical and commercial hurdles to be overcome before these technically challenging projects are sanctioned.
