The Nördlich der Elbe area contains two producing fields. One of these is the Mittelplate/Dieksand field, which is covered in the separate Mittelplate analysis because of its significance to the region. The other is the mature Reitbrook field, which produces small volumes of liquids and gas. Reitbrook produces from Upper Cretaceous Maastricht and Jurassic Dogger sandstone reservoirs.
