Norne Area

The Norne Area consists of the Norne and Skuld fields. Norne is a large oil and gas field located on the Dønna Terrace in Mid Norway. The field has been developed with seven subsea templates tied back to a monohull, floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel. The first oil phase was brought onstream in 1997 as a fast-track development, with associated gas being re-injected.
