The North Urengoiskoye field is situated in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in northern West Siberia close to Gazprom's super-giant Urengoiskoye and Yamburgskoye fields and the Arcticgas project.Nortgas, a JV between Gazpromneft (50%) and NOVATEK (50%), develops the North Urengoiskoye field. It started production from the Neocomian gas-condensate reservoirs in the West Dome in 2001, and Gazprom is developing the Cenomanian gas reservoirs as part of a separate development. Production ...
