OQ has signed a sale and purchase agreement for the divestment of a 40% stake at Block 60, which contains the 60,000 b/d Bisat field, and exploration Block 48. The buyer is an Indonesian consortium comprising Medco Energi (20%) and Medco Daya (20%). The deal consideration is US$1.4 billion and comes at an 83% premium to our valuation.
