OML 96 is a small block located at the northwestern Niger Delta, in Edo State. Phillips Petroleum operated the licence until 1986. In 1987, Dubri Oil took it over and became the first indigenous company to operate acreage in Nigeria. The block contains three small commercial fields, Gilli Gilli North, Gilli Gilli and Ovia.
