Opportunity NOCs for KUFPEC in Norway with US$300 million Total deal

On 31 January 2017, KUFPEC announced it had acquired an asset package from Total for US$300 million. The deal is a good one for both parties. KUFPEC will add 47 mmboe of reserves and over 10,000 boe/d of production. From Total's perspective, the deal will help meet its 2015-2017 divestment target.
