PEL 91 is an oil development located on the western flank of South Australia's Cooper/Eromanga Basin. It is one of a number of small oil field groupings within the basin that are not part of the Cooper Basin Joint Venture (CBJV). It is around 90 kilometres from the CBJV operated Moomba gas and liquids facility, where processing occurs. Production began in January 2010, but was severely impacted by flooding over the following two years.
