Report summary
On 18 February 2014, the Pennsylvania DEP released Marcellus production data for the second half of 2013. Nearly 70% of the 7,027 reported wells were producing, with total gas volumes from the state averaging 9.3 bcfd. Together with the H1 2013 data release, the Pennsylvania Marcellus produced nearly 3.1 tcf of natural gas in 2013, accounting for nearly 13% of all US production.
