Report summary

Sakhalin-3 comprises four blocks off the east coast of Sakhalin Island. From north to south, they are: East Odoptinski (Block 1), Ayashski (Block 2), Veninski (Block 3), and Kirinski (Block 4). Rosneft held the Veninski block until end-2013, while the other three blocks were awarded directly to Gazprom in 2009.
