Sval Energi acquires Edison's Norway assets for US$300 million

Sval Energi is acquiring the Norwegian portfolio of EDF-owned Edison for US$300 million. A material share of this price relates to tax balances and losses, which Sval Energi will receive as a refund towards the end of 2021. Sval will acquire 10% interest in the Dvalin Area and 15% interest in the Nova field, taking its interest in the latter to 25%.
