Tilenga forms part of the Lake Albert development located in northwest Uganda. It comprises three blocks, split into two projects: Tilenga (Blocks 1 and 2) operated by TotalEnergies and Kingfisher (Block 3A) operated by CNOOC Ltd. Both are being developed concurrently and will rely on the East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) to evacuate over 1 billion barrels of crude oil.
