This week, M&A activity moves away from the Permian and picks up in the ArkLaTex and the Rockies. Anadarko and EOG offload Haynesville, Cotton Valley, and Bossier properties to private, gas focused players, as a young Resource Energy closes on the acquisition of assets in the Bakken.
