Vermilion Energy is the leading upstream producer in France. Its extensive operated portfolio consists of oil fields in both the Aquitaine and Paris basins. Vermilion holds a 100% stake in the vast majority of the deposits, but partners with International Petroleum Corp (IPC) on a 50:50 basis at several Aquitaine basin fields.In 2023, Vermilion Energy reported net production in France of around 7,500 boe/d, all of which was oil.
