Wide Berth (GC 490) is a small gas and associated condensate field located in the Green Canyon protraction area of the Central Gulf of Mexico. The field was discovered in October 2009 by a JV comprised of Mariner Energy (56.25% and operator) Helix (25%) and Ridgewood Energy (18.75%). Wide Berth was developed as a single well subsea tie back to the Hess operated Baldpate facility.
