Beijing Haohua Energy Resources (hereinafter referred to as Haohua) is a state-controlled company under Beijing Energy Holding, which is run by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing. Haohua currently runs coal mining operations in Inner Mongolia and Ningxia. It is a thermal coal producer. We expect the company to expand its output to 14 Mt of coal in 2023 at an average total cash cost of RMB210.6/t. Our current estimation focuses on Inner Mongolia assets.
