Report summary
Brule is an operating metallurgical coal mine that produces an ultra low-vol PCI coal for international markets. Brule is located in northeast British Colombia, Canada. The mine, owned and operated by Conuma Coal, reopened in 2016 after the company purchased the asset from Walter Energy. We expect that Brule will produce 2.3 million tons in 2024 and ship through Ridley Terminal, located near Prince Rupert, British Colombia
