Report summary
Wintime Energy (hereinafter referred to as Wintime) is a listed company under Wintime Holding. The company holds coal reserves in Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Xinjiang in China, as well as in Australia. However, Wintime is only producing in Shanxi at present but plans to develop Haicetan mine in Shaanxi. Wintime produces metallurgical coal. Our estimation is based on all current assets in Shanxi. We forecast Wintime to produce 9.1 Mt of coal in 2023 at an average total cash cost of RMB778.2/t.
