Baltic LNG is a 13-mmpta liquefaction project under construction in the Leningrad Oblast. The plant will receive feedgas from West Siberian gas fields via the Northern Lights pipeline system. The LNG plant will be operated by RusKhimAlyans and will be part of a larger gas chemical complex. Local content is expected to be above 70%, leading to major cost savings.
