Portovaya LNG is a 1.5 mmtpa project near Vysotsk, about 95 miles (150 km) northwest of Saint Petersburg, Russia. Gazprom initially expected Portovaya LNG to come online at end-2018, but because of delays during the construction phase, it was commissioned in September 2022.The general contractor of the Portovaya LNG project is the Russian engineering holding company SRDI Oil & Gas Peton LLC, which is responsible for design engineering, construction and commissioning of the plant.
