Report summary
Golden Pass LNG is a three-train development on the site of the existing Golden Pass LNG regas facility. The liquefaction facilities will be integrated with the regas terminal's five LNG storage tanks, two ship-loading berths, utilities and pipeline connections. The project is owned and will be operated by Golden Pass LNG, a joint venture between QatarEnergy (70%) and ExxonMobil (30%). ConocoPhillips previously held a 12.4% interest in the regas project.
