Lake Charles LNG Export Company LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy Transfer LP. The company plans to build a three-train liquefaction facility with a design capacity of 5.48 mmtpa per train (16.45 mmtpa in total), co-located with the existing Lake Charles regas terminal. Shell holds 100% of the regas capacity.
