Report summary

Incheon first started operations in October 1996. It is owned and operated by KOGAS, which owns the entire transmission network and has a monopoly on wholesale gas sales in South Korea. The EPC was handled by a consortium consisting of DSI Korea, DYWIDAG and DSI Munich.
