Jordan Cove LNG is a planned 7.8 mmtpa LNG export project, located at Coos Bay in Oregon. Originally authorised for the purpose of building a regas terminal in 2009, in late 2011 plans for the site changed in favour of building an LNG export terminal. In 2016, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) denied applications for the construction and operation of the LNG liquefaction plant and Pacific Connector pipeline.
