Mukran Phase 1 Neptune (Deutsche Ostee LNG import terminal) is a floating regas terminal located at the port of Lubmin, in the Bay of Greifswald, northeast Germany. The import terminal was commissioned in January 2023 by TotalEnergies. In May 2023, majority owner and terminal operator, Deutsche ReGas, stated that it would move the terminal's FSRU, Neptune, currently deployed at Lubmin, to a new location in Mukran, some 80km to the north.
